From 2015-2017, Mr. Agahi consulted with biotech labs and gained exposure to various scientific research fields. Mr. Agahi has involvement in the capital markets for the past seven years as an advisor and director for various private companies. Mr. Agahi has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, and financing, his specialty being the effective delivery of the due diligence process. Mr. Agahi is currently CEO of Bullet Exploration (AMMO.V) and a director of District Mines Ltd (DIG.V).
Anthony Paterson is an accomplished venture investor specializing in natural resources and biotech. He played a key role in the early structuring and financing of Prime Mining (TSX: PRYM), which recently sold for $450M CAD, and was instrumental in advancing West Point Gold (TSX-V: WPG) through critical growth stages. Ali is a recognized financial executive with over 15 years of leadership across various sectors, skilled in steering robust financial controls and enhancing operational workflows to drive growth and increase profitability. He co-founded and served as the Director of Finance for innovative CPG start-ups, led financial teams in real estate, and managed assets worth over $8 billion. As CFO, he has guided biotech and mining firms with his financial acumen. Committed to delivering results, Ali tackles challenges with a dynamic, action-oriented approach, covering various financial and accounting disciplines, including audited financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Aaron is a Partner at NG2 Capital, a role he has held since August 2022, where he focuses on Operations, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to drive strategic investments and business growth. In March 2024, he founded HarbourView Digital Corp., a consultancy specializing in strategic marketing support for publicly traded companies. Through HarbourView Digital Corp., he has successfully collaborated with high-profile clients, including West Point Gold Corp., where he serves as Corporate Communications Manager, as well as Apollo Silver Corp., American Lithium Corp., and United Lithium Corp.
Mr. Paterson’s career spans over two decades of leadership experience in the private sector, where he has held managerial and operational roles across Canada, China, and Colombia. His diverse international background, combined with his expertise in venture capital and corporate communications, has made him a valuable asset to the organizations he supports.
